    Following appropriate refining, olive-pomace oil can be used for cooking and frying. It offers good thermal stability, with a smoke point of approximately 240\u00b0C<\/strong>, making it suitable for high-temperature cooking applications.<\/p>\n

    Its fatty-acid profile is characterized by a high proportion of monounsaturated fats, similar to that of olive oil.
